While the location of Stein Eriksen Lodge is stunning and offers very nice mountain views, my overall experience was overshadowed by a lack of attentive customer service. I felt that my special occasion wasn't acknowledged or celebrated, which was disheartening. The room itself, albeit comfortable, felt somewhat dated and lacked the luxury I expected from a five-star hotel.
